TIA Wellness Resort is ideally situated within easy reach of three World Heritage sites and three world-class golf courses, just 15 minutes from Da Nang International Airport. The area has bountiful natural and cultural beauty to explore. The TIA team can arrange a chartered boat trip on the Thu Bon River or to Cham Island, a scenic bike tour or visits to Marble Mountain and Hoi An old town. Further afield, day trips to My Son, Ba Na Hills or the imperial city of Hue can also be arranged.

We both enjoyed the resort immensely. The staff are attentive and eager to assist. The food is fantastic, catering to European or local taste preferences, with an extensive wine list and cocktail offering. The accommodation is first class with very comfortable rooms and beds, good bathrooms with separate generous showers and luxurious spa baths, and of course the delightful private swimming pool. For chill out time it's hard to beat. The health spa is top notch with very competent masseurs offering a wide range of massage styles. So many massages, so little time. Just great. If you are into your fitness/spirituality the incredibly well fitted out gym and the yoga/meditation offering is first class. This is a stunning place to be in and wander around. You can also take long walks along the adjacent beach, which the resort fronts on to. One of the few resorts that you don't actually have the need or want to leave for the duration of your stay. It has a lovely ambience and is quiet, elegant, stylish and simple in design. Beautifully appointed rooms, fabulous cuisine, charming staff and an efficiency I have rarely encountered in all the years I have been traveling. The yoga practices were delivered very simply and the teachers were delightful. The treatments were very, very good! I am missing them. The concept of 'breakfast any time anywhere' is just great and so convenient. Nothing like sitting on the beach and being served breakfast as one watches the waves rolling in. All I wanted was to be nurtured after a very 'full' year....and I was cared for beautifully. I went with the intention to have a rest but am always on the look-out for a beautiful space to hold my yoga retreats. For me Fusion Maia nails it. My wife and I have just spent 7 days at Fusion Maia and that still wasn't long enough. It has been by far one of the most memorable holidays that we have had! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and warmth.The villa was absolutely beautiful with the staff adding very welcoming touches during the week including flowers on the bed, chocolates and cards :). The food was magnificent, with the highlight of fine dinning being the seafood banquet. The staff providing the spa treatments were absolutely amazing! Incredibly polite, warm and very accommodating to our every need. For those that lead a crazy busy life, this was the ultimate mental, physical and spiritual detox. Booking Conditions

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% is required within three days from the date of confirmation. The balance payment is due by 45 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 45 days, full payment is required. Bookings will be cancelled if payments are not received on due date(s).

Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit cards. Credit card payment will incur a merchant fee of 2.5% for MasterCard and Visa, 3% for American Express, in addition to the total amount payable. You must cover your own bank charges and merchant fees.

CANCELLATION

Confirmed bookings must be cancelled by the party leader in writing (by email) and this will only be effective once the written cancellation is confirmed by ATA Holidays. Cancellation by you will be subject to the following cancellation fees from the date the written cancellation is received:

• more than 45 days prior to arrival - 10% of total coast

• between 31 and 45 days prior to arrival - 50% of total cost

• within 30 days prior to arrival or “no show” - 100% of total cost.

AMENDMENT

Any amendments to confirmed bookings must be notified by the party leader in writing (by email). Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee that any request will be met. If we can make the requested change, you will be provided with a quote detailing any additional costs incurred due to your amendments, any costs imposed by Third-Party Travel Provider, and our amendment fees. In all cases, the following amendment fees shall apply:

• If amendments are made more than 45 days prior to arrival - the first amendment is free of charge. From the second amendment onwards, a fee of A$30 will be charged per amendment.

• If amendments are made within 45 days prior to arrival – the above standard cancellation fees will apply, and full price will apply to new travel arrangements.

We will not charge any cancellation/amendment fees if it is due to a breach by us of any of our obligations to you or due to our fault; or the Third-Party Travel Provider amends your booking for no fault on your part.

COVID-19 RELATED POLICY

If you can’t travel as a direct result of Covid-19 related matters, ATA Holidays will:

• allow you to change the dates of your holiday; or

• offer you a credit for another holiday, less any unrecoverable costs imposed by Third-Party Travel Provider; or

• give you a refund, less any unrecoverable costs imposed by Third-Party Travel Provider.

This policy is only valid if the ability to travel is beyond your control. You are required to provide reasonable documentation confirming that your inability to travel is due to Covid-19 related matters. For cancellations or modifications due to reasons not related to Covid-19, our standard policies as stipulated in this offer apply.
