No trip to Vietnam is complete without visiting this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The scene is quite spectacular, with a series of limestone outcrops. The term ‘halong’ means ‘descending dragon’, visualizing a dragon plunging into the gulf of Tonkin, creating many islets. We also visited a Pearl Farm and learned a lot about this expertise. Certainly a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. John, Halong Bay - TripAdvisor.

Words like "stunning", "incredible" and "jaw dropping" don't even begin to describe Paradise Cave in Vietnam. They say that a 747 jumbo jet airplane could fit into the cave. I believe it. Add the most incredibly huge and delicate stalactites and stalagmites, terraced rock pools, naturally colored cave walls and soaring ceilings and you have an experience worth traveling to Vietnam for. This place would move even the most jaded traveler. It is almost over the top in its beauty. An amazing experience. Berna, Paradise Cave - TripAdvisor.

My reason for stopping in Hue to explore the ancient capital of Vietnam. This is a must to see. Very interesting. Just spend half a day walking around it. I found it refreshing to walk around the lakes in peace and quiet as well. Reflecting on how life must have been back then in the days when the emperors lived there. David, Hue Imperial Citadel - TripAdvisor.

Just loved this part of Hoi An; in fact I fell in love with Hoi An altogether. It really retains a feel of centuries past with its narrow and ancient streets. We visited one of Hoi An's oldest houses and which is still occupied by the descendant's of the family which originally built it over 200 years ago. The shops are colourful and bustling. At night with the boats on the river gaily decorated with colourful lights, the glow from the shop windows, the lanterns along the roads .....idyllic. Frances, UK - TripAdvisor.
