We rented two of the standard villas and they were amazing, as much luxury as I've ever experience, in a stunning setting a short trot to the beach, pool and restaurants. The villas are a real treat, spacious and feature packed, from outside shower to bedside bath. The food at the restaurants was absolutely delicious if a little pricey, but that's part of the Four Seasons way. The pool was the perfect location to while away the warmest part of the day with the odd visit to the beach bar. They have a kid free pool which makes for a relaxing time for people without kids, but another ample pool where kids are free to splash away in full voice without parents needing to worry about them bothering others. The service was without fault - but then again that is also what you expect from any Four Seasons. We took advantage of the shuttle into Hoi An a couple of times as well as the recommendations for local restaurants. If we find ourselves traveling to Vietnam again we will definitely be coming back. We spent three nights at the Four Seasons and, as stated in other reviews, had we known how wonderful our stay would be, we would have chosen to stay longer. Service is, without doubt, the best we have encountered anywhere. No matter where on the premises you are, staff greet guests warmly and often by name - so very impressive! No request is too small and the overriding feeling is that anything will be done to make your stay an unforgettable one. This is a place to really relax, enjoy delicious food and take advantage of the great facilities and tour offerings. We agree with other reviewers that the steps everywhere are a nightmare but staff are very aware of this and greet guests upon arrival at the restaurants/pools and accompany them to their tables with reminders to be cognizant of the steps. We loved the Four Seasons The Nam Hai and have every intention of returning! Noelene, Australia - TripAdvisor.

We were happily greeted by the staff at the Four Seasons upon arrival. This hotel boasts amazing grounds and features like tennis courts, 40 pools and more. Checking in to the hotel was easy and as it was late we didn't get a tour but we were shown to our room which in its self definitely need a tour. The master bed was front and centre in the room and it was a mountainous trek to get up there (not actually that hard if you were wondering.) A bathtub next to the bed, a study/desk next to that, fresh watermelon juice, his and hers sinks and plenty of storage space. You need to ask for a room by the water but being honest it doesn't matter that much. The resort has an interesting colonial feel to it because of the cobbled streets that connect different villas to the main resort. Biking is the main way to get around the hotel. They have a spa, massage and a different activity early in the morning everyday like bike riding near the rice fields. All day they have different activities like this from creating a traditional Vietnamese dish. They have a kids club with a kiddy pool which is next to the entrance gate. The old streets of Hoi An are the best parts to stick to. Finally one of the three main pools can be used by everyone the other two only by people over then age of 16 and one of them is a lap pool.
